Enrolment Information

When you enrol in a track, we collect name, email address, phone number and payment information. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Exercise Submissions

Submitted exercises, project files and written ablation reports are stored for the duration of the track and for a period of twelve months after completion to allow for record-keeping and the issuance of completion records.

Enrolment records and exercise submissions are held for 36 months after track completion to support the issuance of completion records. Financial records are held for the period required under Malaysian tax and company law. Analytics data is held in aggregated form only after 14 months.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled learners and by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
